Clean Heating offers services to private landlords, in order to help them meet current legal requirements, and to ensure that all heating certified safety standards are met throughout their properties. We offer discounted prices to customers who require services on multiple properties at a time.

Regular servicing of your boiler and heating systems will efficiently improve its performance, which will help reduce the costs, and keep your tenants safe. Landlords should be reminded that not only will regular services help keep their home running smoothly, but it is a legal requirement to ensure their boilers are serviced every 12 months. 

After every service, we will provide you with a certificate CP12 on completion, and carryout a survey of your heating system, while taking note of the type of system installed and the appliance GC numbers. We do this to reduce any inconvenience to you and your tenants, if you/they experience any future problems, as obtaining the relevant information will allow us to potentially diagnose a fault without needing to attend your home, allowing us to have the part ready when we visit. 

Servicing a boiler takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes to complete and includes some of the following: 

• Checking to see if there is correct ventilation
• Making sure the appliance is safely and correctly positioned
• Completing a flue combustion test
• Make sure that all safety devices are working correctly
• Check the appliances to make sure there are no visual corrosions or leaks
